Karachi’s Foundation Public School organised the FPS Inter-School A-levels Football Tournament at KPT Stadium in Kharadar witnessed both semi-finals of the tournament earlier. In first semi-final Nixor College beat Karachi Grammar on tie breaker penalties.
Lyceum School, who had won 4 finals last year under former coach Arshad Jamal, under new coach Ahsan Raza beat South Shore 2-1 in the second semifinal thanks to goals from Taha Rehman (10th minute) and Muhammad Rizwan (40th minute) while South Shore’s Adeel Naqi scored a goal in 20th minute but was later sent-off in 45th minute by referee Muhammad Yasmin. Match commissioner was Farid Ahmed.
