Lahore, 6 March : AFC C-Certificate Football Coaching Course 2009, under Pakistan Football Federation (PFF), concluded today morning at FIFA Football House, Lahore with PFF Secretary General Muhammad Lt. Col. ® Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi acted as chief guest. PFF’s Director Operation Wing. Cmdr (R) Pervaiz Saeed Mir, Director Administration Major ® Jahangir Lodhi were also present on this occasion.
” the participants were lucky to learn from top Instructor over two-weeks and they will have to transfer their knowledge to coming coaches. To strengthen club culture is in PFF President’s Faisal Saleh Hayat’s long-term planning and coaches will play vital role in this regard. The 12-day Course under Iranian AFC Instructor Aliakbar Pourmoslemi will enable the 22 participants to take this challenge. Before advent of Faisal Saleh Hayat, there were seldom any courses but now PFF managing courses after courses,” said Lodhi.
Aliakbar, who ran the Course from 23 February to 6 March, was third Iranian to run such Course on Pakistan soil during past 20 months after Majid Jalali (June 2007) and Ardeshir Pournemat (December 2007). Siddique Sheikh (Karachi), Arif Siddiqui (Lahore) and Bilal Ahmed Butt (Lahore) assisted the Iranian.
