KARACHI: Navy were given a walkover when their rivals, Chaman’s Afghan FC, did not turn up for the match of the 9th Pakistan Premier Football League scheduled here at the Naval Sports Complex in Karsaz on Friday.
With this, Navy moved to 36 points from 29 meetings. Afghan FC have 35 points from 29 meetings.
Chaman’s Muslim FC, eyeing the second spot, are scheduled to face Pakistan Air Force (PAF) in their last game of the season at their own backyard in Chaman on Saturday (today) but it is certain that they will be given a walkover as PAF have forfeited their in Balochistan.
