Mian Rizwan Ali is the President of Model Town Football Academy and Club, Lahore. He is running a very good set-up at D Block Model Town for many years now. About three years back his founded an academy at the vicinity. The academy has seen un-precedented success and now has an enviable number of about 2000 children training there and learning their football.
The academy has a healthy coaching team headed by former Pakistan International Khaled Khan, who is an AFC C Licence coach. The academy also boasts of 2 other C licence and 1 D licence coaches.
There are flood-lights at the ground, a store, changing rooms and all basic facilities at the ground. They also have their website at http://www.mtfa.com.pk/
