Out of 143 districts with active clubs, elections were held in 119 districts. Elections in 8 districts on hold for security or legal reasons. Remaining districts do not meet electoral requirements.

After being excluded from upcoming National Women's Club Championship for being departments, WAPDA and Army have refused to release their players to take part for clubs. While the NWFC winner will have a voting right in PFF elections, both WAPDA and Army already have a vote each as departments anyway.
