Multan, 13 October 2018: The 12th Pakistan Premier Football League 2018 – Multan leg featured only one game last night at the Qilla Kohna Qasim Bagh Stadium owing to PIA’s continued failure to take part in PPFL 2018.
Title challengers Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) faced struggling Baloch FC Nushki at 10:45 PM kick off. KRL remained dominant throughout the 90 minutes and took the lead inside 10 minutes through Izhar Ullah who gathered a cross from the right wing to shoot past Baloch goalkeeper Sher Zaman.
KRL could have doubled their lead multiple times throughout the first half but eventually made it 2-0 in 59th minute through Umair Ali scoring off a rebound that Sher Zaman couldn’t hold on to. Just two minutes later, Iftikhar Ali Khan timed his run to beat the Baloch FC run and lobbed a long pass over the keeper into the net to make it 3-0.
Tonight, 13 October, Army face Afghan FC Chaman and Muslim FC Chaman face NBP.
