Pakistan National U-14 Football team has earned in the third position by defeating Maldives 2-0 in their Third and final match of the SAFF U-14 Football Exchange Programme October 9-19, 2012 at Tokinosumika Sports Centre, Tokyo.
Nepal was placed in the 1st position and Japan FA Academy in the second place.
According to the press release issued here by PFF, first goal was netted by Munir on the beautiful pass of Shahzeb while second goal was scored by Saeed Babar through Penalty Kick.
It is pertinent to mention here that this programme was financed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Japan in order to enhance global understanding of Japan’s reconstruction efforts following the Great East Japan Earthquake.
With the full support of the programme, Japan Football Association (JFA) organized the U-14 Youth Football to support the exchange of youth players among the participating countries.
