An Election Meeting of District Football Referees Association was held under the Chairmanship of Mian Rizwan Ali President, DFA Lahore on 2nd March 2012 at Model Town Football Club Ground , C & D Block, Model Town Lahore. In this Meeting the Lahore District Football Referees Association was formed unanimously. That comprised of Mr. Anees Javed President, Esa Khan Senior Vice President, Naeem Zaid, Vice President, Tariq Masood, Vice President while Naseemud Din was elected as General Secretary. The Executive Body comprised of Muhammad Fayyaz Sioddiqui, Shamas Pervais, Muhammad Afzal, Muhammad Afzal Bari, Liaquat Ali Shah, Waheed Murad and Irshad ul Haq as Members.
Mian Rizwan Ali, President, DFA Lahore congratulated the newly elected Members of Lahore District Football Referees Association and stressed upon the need to keep in mind the FIFA Fair Play Slogan so that the Football Game is promoted at the gross root level and the game is made more attractive so that more people participate in the healthy activity and play football.
