Frontier Mujahid defeated National Frontier 2-1 in the final of United against Polio Football Tournament being organised by Karachi United Football Foundation in collaboration with UNICEF at KMC Ground, UC 5, Pathan Colony in Banaras, Karachi here on Tuesday.
Mr. Kashan Hameed, Representative UNICEF presented winner trophy to the captain of Frontier Mujahid, Rizwan Khan while Ex-Nazim Malikzada Gulab Khan presented runner up trophy to captain of National Frontier, Mr. Shokat Ali. of UNICEF presented Fair Play trophy to Young Rabbani Football Club and International Saleem Patni presented Player of the Tournament trophy to Wahid Syed. Mr. Khowaja Obaid IIyas, Director KUFF, Riaz Ahmed, KUFF Administrator, Representatives of DFA West Yousuf Khan & Zakir Khan, Vice Presidents of DFA Central International Saleem Patni, Mohammad shamim, Ibne Abbas, Manager FC Rovers Khalid Majeed and others are also present.
16 teams are participated in the tournament on knock out basis as Futsal model. Each match consisting on 40 minutes (20+20). All matches running on 3 days. Referees Abdul Malik and Mohammad Anwar while Yousuf Khan as Match Commissioner.
