Orangi Mohammadan beat Adil Sports 3-0 thanks to goals from Ghulam Haider and Shazad, as well as an own goal. Young Azizabad beat Lasbela Students 1-0 thanks to a goal by Shabaz. All winning teams qualified to next round.
