Further four matches were decided in the Aleem Uddin District League Football Championship at Municipal High School Ground, Nawabshah (also called ‘Shaheed Benazirabad’) hosted by Moment FC. Shaheen Sports trounced struggling Adil Sports with a resounding 3-0 scoreline to confirm their place in the Top-4 with 9 points in 6 games. Shaheen’s goalscorers were Sattar, Ramesh, and Ashok. The match was attended by the chief guests Mir Jan Zardardi – the ADO Education Nawabshah – alongside Masood Ahmed Sahito, Sadiq Zardari, Master Salim Hussain, and Ghulam Abbas Tholo. The organising committee for the competition in Abdul Qadeer Qureshi, Jalil Qureshi, and Master Riasat Ali were also present for the game.
As of yet, 17 of the 21 scheduled matches of league round have been played so far with Shaheen Sports top with 9 points in 6 games, Pak Sports and Moment FC both tied on 8 points each in 5 games, King Baloch and Al-Shahbaz also tied on 7 points in 5 games each, Young Baloch on 4 points in 4 games while Adil Sports are bottom having lost all 4 of their games played so far. Al-Shahbaz drew both its games with district champions Young Baloch and King Baloch 0-0, while Pak Sports also managed 0-0 draw with Young Baloch.
After the commencement of league round, the top four teams qualify for semi-finals, with the final to played on 29th October 2010 with Secretary of the Sindh FA, Qamar Yar Khan as chief guest.
