Heroes welcome awaits Pakistan National football team

Lahore, 30 October : “Heroes welcome will be given to officials and players of Pakistan national football team who will return from Damascus after one of the most sensational result in the history of football,’ this is stated by Pakistan Football Federation (PFF)’s Secretary General Lt. Col ® Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi adding that the team will land at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal Airport on Wednesday morning (5.30 AM) through Gulf Air GF 764. The team created history on Sunday by drawing 0-0 with formidable Iraqi team who are current Asian Champions at Syrian capital Damascus’s Abbasiyyin Stadium in Asian Phase (Second Round- second leg) of 19th World Cup Soccer Qualifier.

Meanwhile, Balochistan Football Association’s President Mir Jan Muhammad Marri have appreciated Pakistan Football Federation (PFF)’s President Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat for superb display of Pakistani football team that drew 0-0 with Asian Champions Iraq. He also praised manager Irfan Niazi and coach Akhtar Mohiuddin for energizing all the players.

He added : ” Faisal showed his great love with football and since he is giving lucrative awards to players time and again, the result is here and more good days are waiting for . Faisal is now most essential part of Pakistani football and he provides new color to
