Wapda beat Hazara Quetta Football Academy 6-0 while Masha United won 4-0 against HEC during their respective matches on Day 7 of the 2021 National Women’s Football Championship on Saturday, 20 March.
Shanzay Nazir scored twice for Wapda to give the last year’s semi-finalists their third win in a row and a strengthened position at the top of Group ‘A’. The remaining Wapda goals were scored by Mehnaz Shah, Sanober, Fatima Ansari and Kainat Gul at KPT Stadium.
In Group ‘B’ Masha United were helped by goals by their Nepalese recruits Anita KC — who scored a brace — and Saru Limbu. The remaining goal was scored by Samroz Samreena at KMC Stadium.
