Lahore, 18 May : Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has set 31 May 2009 as last date for the registration of Football Academies and Training Centres. “After discussion with Pakistan Football Federation (PFF)’s President Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat, PFF Operation Wing has fixed the registration fee as Rs.1000. In order to stretch grass root level football in far flung areas and to reinforce Youth Development Programs, PFF Chief has ordered Operation Wing to register directly all the Football Academies, Training Centres with PFF to provide them firm podium and to make smooth their progress,” said PFF Director Operatrion Wng Cmdr (R) Pervaiz Saeed Mir.
All provinces, regions, Associations, departments, districts and AFC AID-27 Coaches are informed to register their Academies and training Centres. It is clarified that no registration would be accepted after the given deadline and the Academies/ Training Centres who will fail to get registration before deadline would be considered disaffiliated.
“PFF will soon accommodate a new competition of Academies in annual Calendar after PFF representative will submit reports of Academies/ Training Centres. Only registered clubs will be allowed to appear in the event, ” he said.
All provinces, regions, Associations, departments, districts and AFC AID-27 Coaches are advised to implement the Registration Policy in true spirit and Academies/Training Centres belonging to these four provinces and four regions affiliated with PFF, are asked to submit one set of forms of registration to PFF before 31 May 2009, which is the last Date of Submission of registration form along with demand draft.
PFF has decided to make compact program in order to deal the movement of Academies/ Training Centres on annual basis.” All the PFF Development Officer/Paid Secretaries working in the Provinces and Regions will take the responsibility of preparing monthly report of all the Academies/Training Centres for submission to PFF by 10th of each month. The Secretaries of provinces, regions, Associations, departments, districts register quarterly-report in same way,” concluded Mir.
